The financing program
The initiative that ECOLINE srl, a company specifically established in 2017, has
created is an entrepreneurial activity in the sector of maintenance of
industrial vehicles and specifically it is a WASHING OF INDUSTRIAL VEHICLES of
heavy trucks and tractors (dedicated to the transport of waste or used in construction sites), tractors and excavators (used in construction sites and / or circulating on the road) or tourist or scheduled buses (used for the transport of people).
Strategy
The strength of the initiative lies in the legal obligation (highway code and
Inail insurance obligations and worker safety regulations) to maintain with washing and maintain efficient heavy vehicles, associated with the lack of industrial washing facilities for means of transport (due to the lack of available sites and the huge investment to be built
according to law) at the companies that own / use the vehicles or privately owned as
suppliers of services, gives our idea the characteristics of uniqueness.
Corporate sustainability and competitiveness also derive from the commercial and marketing strategies that the company decides to plan and follow.
In fact, demand is determined not only by the social and economic conditions of typical customers (businesses), but also by how much the proposing company will be able to communicate to customer companies about aforementioned obligations and the resulting sanctions.
For this reason the company has decided to focus and implement the following entrepreneurial strategies:
- Improve accessibility to the service, understood as the availability of specially designated areas with ample room for maneuver due to the clutter of vehicles, and the possibility of creating a booking and monitoring system for washing their vehicles (it should be remembered that companies more often than not they avoid carrying out maintenance on the vehicle to avoid stopping them ). This will be done thanks to the use of specific APPs.
- Stipulate annual contracts based on a minimum number of washes to be carried out, providing in exchange for collection and home delivery at the company.
- Issue the green stamp: it is planned to mark the vehicles of client companies with a special green stamp (of visible size even from a distance), in order to guarantee the
correctness of the work performed (methods and times) even in front of third parties.
Strengths
▪ current legislation: Legislative Decree no. 152 of 3 April 2006 on environmental standards in conjunction with article 15 of the Highway Code prohibits the practice of washing industrial vehicles outside authorized places.
▪ the location: the project program was carried out in the city of Favara at the
AGRIGENTO – FAVARA – ARAGONA industrial area in c / da San Benedetto in one
space SPECIALLY INTENDED FOR THE INDUSTRIAL PLANT, with relative
urban planning compliance, as in our case).
▪ the absence of competitors: in the area of interest there are no similar industrial washes.
ARTICULATION AND CONTENTS OF THE
PROGRAM
Objective
The investment program implemented is fully consistent with the objectives identified by
the 2014-2020 regional program of action 3.5.1 since it is an intervention that has
determined the birth of a new company through a direct incentive. It was also carried out in
accordance with the lines of the warning and of the thematic area of the regional S 3 ENERGY and SMA RT CI TI ES & COMMUNITIES AREA.
These general objectives are made viable through the implementation of the following actions:
∙ High quality of the services offered, thanks to the use of specific equipment;
∙ Implementation of the opportunities offered by new technologies and web marketing,
in an integrated way with the relevant thematic area of the regional S3 (APP, WEB
COMMUNICATION AND ICT), in particular for the SMART CITIES & COMMUNITIES AREA, it was decided to create a website with Web App for citizens and businesses that allow you to implement the necessary countermeasures in order to mitigate inconvenience (working in this initiative): www.ecolineag.it;
∙ Strong attention to the environment. In line with the reference target of customers and the relevant thematic area of the regional S3 ENERGY SECTOR and SMART CITIES & COMMUNITIES SECTOR, it was decided to intervene in the field of eco-innovation
involving advanced materials, processes and devices in the energy -environmental field in order to obtain:
▪ the reduction of electricity consumption with all lighting carried out with
LED lamps;
▪ reduction of water consumption;
▪ water purification;
▪ recycling of waste: reduction of the amount of waste through separate collection;
▪ use of environmentally friendly construction techniques;
Implementation of the expenditure program
The project intervention was carried out in part in lot 82 in the industrial agglomeration
ARAGONA – FAVARA (ex ZONA ASI AGRIGENTO) divided in the land registry at sheet 11, parcels 1211, 873, 875 and 1074 in the Municipality of Favara in c / da San Benedetto. S.P.15,Z.I. Area in the availability of ECOLINE srl following a free loan contract duly registered with the Agrigento Revenue Agency.
The company for the realization of the WASHING OF INDUSTRIAL VEHICLES (according to the standards established by the environmental law on sewage discharges and management of wastewater procedures) has operated through:
▪ arrangement of the ground for the creation of maneuvering spaces and the temporary storage of vehicles (awaiting washing and / or post-treatment)
▪ construction of prefabricated buildings to house plants and offices
▪ construction of washing systems
▪ creation of a purification system for water purified from sludge and a system for
collecting sludge for disposal at specialized companies thanks to the use of n. 1 tractor and n. 2 open tanks for the transport of sludge
and specifically according to what is reported in the § project costs. The project has been
completed and the activity has already started, as per the results of the register of
companies of the Chamber of Commerce of Agrigento.
